Comprehensive Initial Appointments
During this first visit, we will discuss a detailed review of your health history and goals.  After the acupuncture treatment, we will discuss herbs, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and a treatment plan to support your path towards optimal health. Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the initial appointment.

Comprehensive Initial Orthopedic Appointment
During this first visit, we will discuss a detailed review of your health history and goals. Orthopedic acupuncture sessions at Heaven and Earth combine orthopedic acupuncture, body work, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to address acute or chronic injuries, pain, degenerative diseases or daily wear and tear. Orthopedic sessions are interactive and dynamic, with your practitioner present throughout the hour to make sure we are working together to achieve the results that you need and deserve. Please allow 2 to 2.5 hours for the initial appointment.

Follow Up Appointments
Once we have determined your treatment plan, a specific number of follow up appointments will be suggested for you. These appointments are one hour and include an acupuncture treatment, herbal consultation, and any additional modalities based on your specific needs.

Follow Up Active Orthopedic Sessions

Initial Functional Medicine Consultation The Initial Functional Medicine Consultation is a comprehensive evaluation designed to better understand your unique health history, current symptoms, and overall wellness goals. During this visit, we will review relevant medical history, lifestyle factors, and contributing influences that may impact your health. We will identify key areas of focus, determine appropriate laboratory testing and assessments, and develop a personalized care plan tailored to support your individual health needs and objectives.

Herbal Consultations Our 30 minute herbal consultations are a perfect follow up for existing patients who are coming to Heaven and Earth for acupuncture and herbal medicine between Follow Up appointments, for remote patients, or for those who simply would rather pursue their health goals with the exclusive use of herbs. Our practitioners, who are trained in both Chinese and Western herbalism, will use these appointments for an extensive intake, and will recommend custom formulations to address a patient's health concerns.

Through a dedicated one-on-one approach, she provides comprehensive orthopedic acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative care with the time, attention, and precision required for exceptional outcomes.

Insurance

Our practice is an out-of-network provider and provides superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

We also accept payments using Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), making it easy to use your healthcare funds for eligible services.
