Comprehensive Initial Appointments $180
During this first visit, we will discuss a detailed review of your health history and goals. After the acupuncture treatment, we will discuss herbs, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and a treatment plan to support your path towards optimal health. Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the initial appointment.
Comprehensive Initial Orthopedic Appointment $225
During this first visit, we will discuss a detailed review of your health history and goals. Orthopedic acupuncture sessions at Heaven and Earth combine orthopedic acupuncture, body work, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to address acute or chronic injuries, pain, degenerative diseases or daily wear and tear. Orthopedic sessions are interactive and dynamic, with your practitioner present throughout the hour to make sure we are working together to achieve the results that you need and deserve. Please allow 2 to 2.5 hours for the initial appointment.
Follow Up Appointments $110
Once we have determined your treatment plan, a specific number of follow up appointments will be suggested for you. These appointments are one hour and include an acupuncture treatment, herbal consultation, and any additional modalities based on your specific needs.
Follow Up Active Orthopedic Sessions $175
Orthopedic acupuncture sessions at Heaven and Earth combine orthopedic acupuncture, body work, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to address acute or chronic injuries, pain, degenerative diseases or daily wear and tear. Orthopedic sessions are interactive and dynamic, with your practitioner present throughout the hour to make sure we are working together to achieve the results that you need and deserve.

Cupping & Gua sha (30 min sessions) $85
Cupping and Gua Sha are common modalities to help treat pain, improve circulation and support the immune system. Cupping is used to release tissues deep inside the body, relax tense muscles and ease stiffness associated with chronic pain. Cupping has been demonstrated to also reduce the symptoms associated with migraines, rheumatism, and fatigue. Athletes often use cupping therapy to enhance performance and reduce stiffness, muscle cramps, joint pains and scar tissue caused by injuries. If gua sha and cupping are incorporated into your acupuncture treatment, there is no additional charge.
Herbal Consultations (30-45 minute sessions) $105 Our 30 minute herbal consultations are a perfect follow up for existing patients who are coming to Heaven and Earth for acupuncture and herbal medicine between Follow Up appointments, for remote patients, or for those who simply would rather pursue their health goals with the exclusive use of herbs. Our practitioners, who are trained in both Chinese and Western herbalism, will use these appointments for an extensive intake, and will recommend custom formulations to address a patient's health concerns.
Family Wellness Consultations (2.5 hour sessions) $500 The health of an individual is interconnected with that of the rest of their family. While we are constitutionally unique our health goals can only be met if they are supported by the community we live amongst. This does not mean that everyone will share the same experience or have the same needs. We utilize the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to make recommendations that serve the individual and collective health and wellness needs.

Your First Treatment
For your first acupuncture treatment, please schedule a new patient appointment, and allow up to 90 minutes for our time together. This appointment includes a comprehensive intake – please fill out new patient forms in advance. Acupuncture appointments for established patients are 60 minutes.
Acupuncture appointments include needling therapy and an herbal medicine consultation. Other modalities, such as massage, cupping and gua sha may also be included in your treatment.

For patients hoping to bill insurance to cover the cost of their treatment, we offer verification of benefits and billing services. However, previous authorization of insurance benefits does not guarantee insurance payment; therefore, if your insurance fails to cover the cost of your treatment, you are responsible for its cost and will be charged the time of service rate.
